Job Summary

A software company has a current position open for a Telecommute Agile Real Estate Project Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Delivering multiple projects
• Ensuring that all of our offices’ designs have function at their core
• Engaging and actively managing external vendors

Qualifications for this position include:

• 3+ years of experience directly managing a variety of workplace design and construction projects
• Tech TI construction experience, with some working knowledge of MEP systems
• The ability to concurrently manage multiple projects and priorities
• Strong vendor and contract management skills
• Experience with establishing and managing complex real estate project budgets
• Excellent communication skills
