Job Summary

A company focused on agricultural technologies is in need of a Telecommute Agricultural Retail Market Manager in the Salinas Area.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Identifying and developing new business opportunities for increased sales
• Maintaining a thorough knowledge of company products and services
• Preparing sales presentations, call plans, proposals, and reports for internal and external communication

Required Skills:

• Requires 50% travel to service territory responsibilities
• A minimum of 5 years sales experience
• California Pest Control Advisor (PCA ) license or have the education and applicable agronomic classes to obtain a PCA license
• Bachelor of Science degree with major in Weed Science, Agronomy, Pest Management or related field
• Strong selling, technical, and business acumen skills with a high degree of customer focus
• Proficient in use of computer hardware and software (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, etc.)
