Job Summary
A staffing agency is seeking a Telecommute Agriculture and Food Processing Recruitment Consultant.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Selling executive search services to agriculture and food processing employers
- Coordinating with hiring managers to define necessary requirements
- Exhausting available resources to source viable candidates and follow up as necessary
Qualifications for this position include:
- Attend job fairs and industry events
- Post-secondary education
- 2+ years of proven track record in sales, business development, or recruiting
- Enjoys developing business, landing deals and closing the sale
- Self-motivated with curious, “hunter” mentality
- All other requirements necessary for this position
