A technology company has a current position open for a Telecommute Alcohol Monitoring Systems Customer Service Representative in Dallas.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Effectively manage large amounts of incoming calls
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Ability to participate in on-site training
- High School diploma or GED
- 1+ year experience in customer service, preferred call center experience
- Ability to type 30+ words per minute
- Excellent verbal communication
