Job Summary
A pharmaceutical company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Allergy and Pediatrics Customer Experience Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Be an advocate and champion for the customer to everyone in the ecosystem
- Own the customer experience and excellence in product delivery
- Ensure the value proposition we want to deliver aligns with our capabilities, messaging, and offerings
Position Requirements Include:
- 10+ years’ pharmaceutical marketing experience across customer groups
- Previous brand strategy roles for large pharma brand(s)
- Understanding of specialty and retail pharmacy distribution
- Demonstrated experience in creating customer journeys
- Demonstrated experience with CRM strategy and execution
- Demonstrated experience with message development and management
