Job Summary

A pharmaceutical company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Allergy and Pediatrics Customer Experience Director.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Be an advocate and champion for the customer to everyone in the ecosystem
  • Own the customer experience and excellence in product delivery
  • Ensure the value proposition we want to deliver aligns with our capabilities, messaging, and offerings

Position Requirements Include:

  • 10+ years’ pharmaceutical marketing experience across customer groups
  • Previous brand strategy roles for large pharma brand(s)
  • Understanding of specialty and retail pharmacy distribution
  • Demonstrated experience in creating customer journeys
  • Demonstrated experience with CRM strategy and execution
  • Demonstrated experience with message development and management
