A software company has a current position open for a Telecommute Alliances and Channels Sales Operations Specialist in Austin.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Partnering with stakeholders to understand operational needs and evolve workflows
- Analyzing and reviewing customer licensing and usage to identify new revenue opportunities
- Suggesting creative pricing and payment solutions balancing customer needs and pricing policies
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 3-5 years of proven experience of sales operations in a software sales organization
- Organized, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- Experience with a CRM system such as Microsoft Dynamics
- Has been in a role supporting sellers
- Strong listening, analytics, and organizational skills
