Job Summary

A staffing agency is seeking a Telecommute Ambulance Service Customer Service Representative.

Must be able to:

• Schedule, modify, and cancel reservations
• Answer calls from customers to learn about and address their needs
• Perform logistics troubleshooting and confirm resolution with the customer

Qualifications for this position include:

• 1+ contiguous Customer Service experience required
• High School diploma or GED required
• Must have a computer, internet, and USB headset for work from home portion
