Job Summary

A software company is seeking a Telecommute Americas PMO Services Practice Leader.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Developing and maintaining technical and strategic relationships with customer and partner organizations
  • Driving business practice strategies and manage the services revenue for the region
  • Participating in thought leading around strategic consulting opportunities

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Significant customer facing experience
  • 5-10 years of Consulting experience
  • Sales or Pre-Sales/technology background
  • 10-12 years of related experience in customer satisfaction management, team building, team leadership and people management
  • 6 - 8 years of management experience
  • Experience of managing complex escalations
