Job Summary
A software company is seeking a Telecommute Americas PMO Services Practice Leader.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Developing and maintaining technical and strategic relationships with customer and partner organizations
- Driving business practice strategies and manage the services revenue for the region
- Participating in thought leading around strategic consulting opportunities
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Significant customer facing experience
- 5-10 years of Consulting experience
- Sales or Pre-Sales/technology background
- 10-12 years of related experience in customer satisfaction management, team building, team leadership and people management
- 6 - 8 years of management experience
- Experience of managing complex escalations
