Job Summary
A technology company has a current position open for a Telecommute AMS Analyst II.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Interface with the client to understand the client’s overall objectives and requirement
- Adhere to ticket management guidelines to ensure consistency
- Communicate directly with the client to confirm documented business requirements
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience required or advanced industry experience
- 1-3 years’ experience within Application Management Services, Professional Services or Industry
- Technical/Functional support of known ERP system or technical support
- Experience in managing client relationships
- Possess intermediate/advanced level Excel skills
