Job Summary
An analytics and media measurement company is filling a position for a Telecommute Analytics and Media Measurement Client Insights Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Managing entire product lines and developing and enhancing assigned products
- Handling difficult client situations and bringing to resolution
- Managing client feedback loop to ensure client satisfaction
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 4-6 years’ experience working in an analytical field
- 1-3 years’ experience mentoring, coordinating and managing others
- Deep industry expertise managing market research, developing client relationships and selling analytical work
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple large projects; set priorities and timelines; address risks; develop contingency plans
- Ability and willingness to manage people; develop and direct the growth of direct reports; coach for top performance
