Job Summary

An analytics and media measurement company is filling a position for a Telecommute Analytics and Media Measurement Client Insights Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

Managing entire product lines and developing and enhancing assigned products
Handling difficult client situations and bringing to resolution
Managing client feedback loop to ensure client satisfaction

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

4-6 years’ experience working in an analytical field
1-3 years’ experience mentoring, coordinating and managing others
Deep industry expertise managing market research, developing client relationships and selling analytical work
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple large projects; set priorities and timelines; address risks; develop contingency plans
Ability and willingness to manage people; develop and direct the growth of direct reports; coach for top performance
