Job Summary

An analytics and media measurement company is filling a position for a Telecommute Analytics and Media Measurement Client Insights Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Managing entire product lines and developing and enhancing assigned products
  • Handling difficult client situations and bringing to resolution
  • Managing client feedback loop to ensure client satisfaction

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 4-6 years’ experience working in an analytical field
  • 1-3 years’ experience mentoring, coordinating and managing others
  • Deep industry expertise managing market research, developing client relationships and selling analytical work
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple large projects; set priorities and timelines; address risks; develop contingency plans
  • Ability and willingness to manage people; develop and direct the growth of direct reports; coach for top performance
