Job Summary
A healthcare payment company is seeking a Telecommute Analytics Data Product Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Defining key performance indicators to evaluate product
- Drafting clear and concise business requirements, product documentation, and product marketing material
- Working with engineering, product, marketing, partnerships, and customer success
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 3+ years of business analyst, product management, program management, or equivalent
- Well-versed in Agile frameworks and product tools such as Jira, Confluence and Productboard
- Strong understanding of Advanced Analytics, AI, Data Science, ML, NLP, and Product Analytics concepts
- Experience collecting and collating user feedback and managing intake processes for new features
- Exposure to working with Human Centered Design and/or other UX/UI frameworks
- Have either B2B or B2C experience and outside the healthcare industry
