Job Summary

A social media analytics company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Analytics Reporting Services Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Turn social analytics into consumable insight for clients via reports
  • Deliver both regular client reports and ad hoc research requests
  • Maintain and improve existing reporting templates

Qualifications Include:

  • 8+ years experience in social analytics and/or consumer research at a brand or agency
  • Excellent knowledge of digital marketing (campaigns, PR/Communications, social media analytics)
  • Experience working with clients directly and coaching a team
  • Experience presenting to executive level stakeholder teams
  • Direct experience with social listening platforms and/or other BI platforms
  • Powerpoint ninja – love telling a story with data
