Job Summary
A financial services company is filling a position for a Telecommute Android Engineer.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Evaluating the company's tooling, proposing, and implementing improvements
- Work directly with other teams, and contribute to the APIs and standards
- Deliver high quality software on assigned projects
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 2-4 years strong experience with Android, Java and the mobile ecosystem
- Familiarity and interest in Kotlin
- Strong experience with REST APIs and their use on mobile networks
- Expertise with gradle, CI/CD, Espresso, Roboelectric and other test tooling
- Strong communication skills, with an emphasis on empathy
- Experience working on complex codebases in a team environment
