Job Summary
A Facebook ads agency is in need of a Telecommute Android Engineer.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Further development of our Android app
- Design, build, and maintain reusable and reliable software architecture in Kotlin
- Translate designs and wireframes into high quality products
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Strong knowledge of Kotlin, Java, the Android SDK, different Android versions/devices
- Knowledge of how to manage different device attributes (e.g. screen sizes)
- Understanding of Google’s Android design principles and interface guidelines
- Familiarity with integrating RESTful APIs
- Knowledge of the open-source Android ecosystem and the libraries available for common tasks
- Strong knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices
