Job Summary
An non-profit animal advocacy group is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Animal Advocacy Public Relations Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Build, implement and lead the Public Relations strategy
- Lead media/influencer events from start-to-finish
- Create and manage the target media and influencer lists
Position Requirements Include:
- Ability to travel occasionally
- Experience working in PR / Communications
- Excellent persuasive written and verbal communications skills.
- Proven track record in securing highly visible feature stories in leading media outlets
- Influencer relations experience, working with celebrities and/or influencers
- Experience conducting media trainings/providing interview counsel for team members
