Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Ability to identify design needs to help continuously elevate the quality of marketing collateral and the brand
• Experience in the areas of current design methods, micro learning, gamification and social learning
• Flexible with the ability to jump into a project at any phase                               
• Advanced working knowledge using Adobe Premiere, After Effects and Photoshop
• Strong animation and motion graphics skills
• Experience or ability to do voice-over work
