Required Skills:

• You have 10+ years business experience in a c-level or upper management position
• You have at least 7 years of experience in facilitation, consulting, and leadership development
• You are highly passionate about peak performance, capable of both implementing it and facilitating it
• You have a track record of success in business and can speak from personal experience
• You have an innate ability to motivate and empower others to achieve their goals
• Your ability to listen and communicate is excellent
