Job Summary

An SaaS company has an open position for a Telecommute AP Coordinator.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Assisting in the A/P processing function; including receiving and coding invoices
  • Monitoring the A/P email inbox on a daily basis, entering all new invoices and answering all vendors
  • Maintaining systems procedures and policies to ensure adherence to company guidelines

Qualifications for this position include:

  • A Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 3+ years of Accounts Payable
  • Must have 1099 filing experience
  • Knowledgeable of forms W-9 and W-8 requirements
