Job Summary
An SaaS company has an open position for a Telecommute AP Coordinator.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Assisting in the A/P processing function; including receiving and coding invoices
- Monitoring the A/P email inbox on a daily basis, entering all new invoices and answering all vendors
- Maintaining systems procedures and policies to ensure adherence to company guidelines
Qualifications for this position include:
- A Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3+ years of Accounts Payable
- Must have 1099 filing experience
- Knowledgeable of forms W-9 and W-8 requirements
