Job Summary
A software development company is in need of a Telecommute API Management Platform Account Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Driving customer success, adoption of product features
- Ensuring the company's solution becomes a critical part of customers' infrastructure
- Identifying customers goals, understanding their business, engineering and product objectives
Qualifications for this position include:
- Demonstrable experience in delivering and accelerating product feedback
- Able to 'talk tech’ with a range of stakeholders
- Able to recommend technical feature adoption based on customers requirements
- An understanding of developer tools and languages
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role
- Demonstrable experience of taking successful projects from ideation through to completion stage
