Job Summary

A software development company is in need of a Telecommute API Management Platform Account Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Driving customer success, adoption of product features
  • Ensuring the company's solution becomes a critical part of customers' infrastructure
  • Identifying customers goals, understanding their business, engineering and product objectives

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Demonstrable experience in delivering and accelerating product feedback
  • Able to 'talk tech’ with a range of stakeholders
  • Able to recommend technical feature adoption based on customers requirements
  • An understanding of developer tools and languages
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role
  • Demonstrable experience of taking successful projects from ideation through to completion stage
