Job Summary

A payments technology firm has a current position open for a Telecommute API Support Engineer.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Researching and troubleshooting implementation questions and issues
  • Creating and maintaining documentation to aid in customer education and self-service
  • Assisting new customers in the migration of their data
