A healthcare company has an open position for a Telecommute Appeals Representative .
Must be able to:
- Ensure complaints have been categorized correctly
- Make outbound calls to members and / or providers
- Research and resolve complaints submitted by consumers and doctors
Position Requirements Include:
- Proficiencywith computer and Windows PC applications
- High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
- 1year of experience analyzing and solving customer problems OR 1 year of workexperience in a related environment
