Job Summary
A healthcare company is in need of a Telecommute Appeals Representative Associate.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Researching and resolving written complaints and complex or multi - issue provider complaints
- Analyzing and identifying trends for appeals and grievances
- Responding to standard requests; solving routine problems by following established procedures
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
- 1+ year of Customer Service Experience in a call center / office environment
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to work overtime as needed, outside of regular business hours
