Job Summary

A health insruacne company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Appeals Representative Associate.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Researching and resolving written complaints and complex or multi-issue provider complaints
  • Analyzing and identifying trends for appeals and grievances
  • Applying knowledge / skills to basic, repeated activities

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Ability to work shift between 7:30 am - 5:30 pm Monday through Friday and overtime
  • High School Diploma / GED or higher
  • 1+ years of Customer Service Experience in a call center environment
  • Experience with Microsoft Word
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel
