Job Summary
A health insruacne company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Appeals Representative Associate.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Researching and resolving written complaints and complex or multi-issue provider complaints
- Analyzing and identifying trends for appeals and grievances
- Applying knowledge / skills to basic, repeated activities
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Ability to work shift between 7:30 am - 5:30 pm Monday through Friday and overtime
- High School Diploma / GED or higher
- 1+ years of Customer Service Experience in a call center environment
- Experience with Microsoft Word
- Experience with Microsoft Excel
