  • Managing submission, intervention and resolution of appeals, grievances, and/or complaints
  • Entering denials and requests for appeal
  • Researching issues utilizing systems and clinical assessment skills

Position Requirements Include:

  • Experience in grievance process or escalated complaint resolution
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in Managed Care Plan
  • Ability to research issues
  • Ability to assist members
