A staffing company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Appeals Specialist in Long Beach.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Managing submission, intervention and resolution of appeals, grievances, and/or complaints
- Entering denials and requests for appeal
- Researching issues utilizing systems and clinical assessment skills
Position Requirements Include:
- Experience in grievance process or escalated complaint resolution
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in Managed Care Plan
- Ability to research issues
- Ability to assist members
