Job Summary
A business services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Appliance Support Customer Service Representative.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Maintains and updates customer information as necessary
- Talks to customers over the phone, email, online chat or social media to resolve their questions or concerns
- Calmly attempts to resolve and de-escalate any issues
Position Requirements Include:
- Familiarity with Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel applications
- High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
- Customer service experience a plus
- Ability to use phone and computer systems
