Job Summary

A global major appliance manufacturer needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Appliances Master Technician.

Must be able to:

• Provide technical support using multi-channel interactions
• Provide support about the installation, diagnosis, and repair of the family of major appliances
• Provide detailed information on new or emerging issues to Quality and Engineering teams

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 3+ years appliance repair experience
• 2+ years of experience in electrical and mechanical operation
• Knowledge of major appliance diagnostics and repairs
• Able to learn through direct instruction and self-study
