Job Summary

A provider of database management systems is seeking a Telecommute Application Sales Representative.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Selling business applications software/solutions to prospective and existing customers
  • Managing sales through forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy, and planning
  • Developing solution proposals and addressing customer needs

Position Requirements Include:

  • Travel 50% of the time
  • Natural born hunter, with excellent prospecting and qualification skills to identify new opportunities
  • Strong software sales background, with proven track record of closing complex software sales cycles
  • Life science industry experience/knowledge and eClinical software sales experience/knowledge
  • Ability to think strategically about the market and prioritize key growth opportunities
