Job Summary

An insurance company is seeking a Telecommute Application Security Analyst.

Must be able to:

  • Perform security activities, including security design reviews, threat modeling, code auditing
  • Operate as incident responder for triage pertaining to web-based vulnerabilities
  • Govern automated secure coding tools and processes (SAST, DAST)

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, a related field, or equivalent education/experience
  • 1 or more years of experience in Static Code Analysis and Software Vulnerability Assessment
  • Understanding of programming languages such as .Net, JavaScript, and Java
  • Comprehensive understanding of Web Application Firewall concepts
  • Comprehensive understanding of OWASP Top 10 application vulnerabilities
  • Comprehensive understanding of Fortify WebInspect
