Job Summary
A cloud services company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Application Security Engineer.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Performing penetration tests and security reviews for core applications and APIs
- Developing custom software to test, monitor and enforce security
- Hunting for security flaws in the software
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Experience applying security engineering practices
- Experience with threat modeling and web application security assessments
- Experience with secure networking best practices
- Development experience using C/C++, Python, Go and/or Ruby
- Experience with exploiting memory corruption issues in Internet protocols and edge services
