A social media company is filling a position for a Telecommute Application Security Enterprise Engineering Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Supporting a team of highly capable engineers
- Building the team through personal growth and recruitment
- Developing a roadmap for future work, tracking progress against it, and evaluating the team’s performance
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 8+ years of work experience in software or security engineering
- 3+ years of technical management experience of software engineers and software engineering managers
- Experience recruiting and managing technical teams, including performance management
- Technical experience across security disciplines
- Experience building relationships with stakeholders and business leaders
- Coding experience in at least one language
