Job Summary
A medical device company has an open position for a Telecommute Application Specialist in San Jose.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Perform product training and demonstrations
- Develop product contents and activities with customers
- Diagnose and resolve software and hardware support issues
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Frequent travel required (2-3 times per month)
- Bachelor's degree in biology, biomedical engineering, biochemistry or a related field
- Good academic performance in studies of science and mathematics
- Strong software and technology knowledge
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good problem solving skills
