Job Summary
An enterprise payroll and accounting software firm is seeking a Telecommute Application Support Analyst.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Gathering information from the client and determining the issue
- Identifying and escalating application defects and priority issues
- Following up and making calls to customers when necessary
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of training and experience
- Ability to communicate and present information effectively
- Strong knowledge of HRIS systems including payroll, benefits, and human resources
- Knowledge of payroll and payroll accounting operations
- Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
