Job Summary
A software company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Application Support Engineer.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Obtaining a deep understanding of technology
- Articulating value proposition to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Engaging with prospects and clients in a way that leaves them feeling appreciated and valued
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 3+ years of demonstrated experience as a Solutions Architect or Help Desk/Support Engineer
- You have a strong working knowledge of SQL for query optimization
- You have hands-on experience with Linux file system
- You are familiar with and have experience with common BI and data exploration tools
- You have an understanding of complete data analytics stack and workflow
- You have excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
