Job Summary

A software company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Application Support Engineer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Obtaining a deep understanding of technology
  • Articulating value proposition to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Engaging with prospects and clients in a way that leaves them feeling appreciated and valued

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 3+ years of demonstrated experience as a Solutions Architect or Help Desk/Support Engineer
  • You have a strong working knowledge of SQL for query optimization
  • You have hands-on experience with Linux file system
  • You are familiar with and have experience with common BI and data exploration tools
  • You have an understanding of complete data analytics stack and workflow
  • You have excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
