Job Summary

A safety technology company is filling a position for a Telecommute Application Support Specialist .

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Receiving, researching, and resolving customer questions for web-based applications
  • Identifying potential bugs or opportunities for application enhancements
  • Drafting email announcements for software updates and server maintenance notices

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline
  • 2-3 years of experience in information technology or similar field
  • 1-2 years experience in helpdesk support
  • Familiarity with software development processes
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Willingness to be on call as needed to maintain an application uptime >99.9%
