A language, content and digital solutions company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Application Support Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Guaranteeing smooth and efficient production processes
  • Improving continuously quality by establishing and guaranteeing quality standards
  • Increasing process and system efficiency including user-friendliness

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor's in IT, Software, Localization, Translation, Computer Linguistics or vocational training
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Market overview regarding CAT/localization tools in general
  • Must have an understanding LS production processes
  • Must have knowledge of networking and computing principles
  • Experience with the management of ticket systems/bug tracking systems
