Job Summary

A computer software company is in need of a Telecommute Applications Sales Representative.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Developing strong relationships with customers
• Developing and execute sales strategies on accounts within assigned accounts
• Prospecting heavily to generate a viable pipeline of HCM opportunities

Required Skills:

• Travel 50 % of the Time
• Successful sales track record
• 5 years field sales experience
• Highly developed selling, customer relations and negotiation skills
• Bachelor degree or equivalent
• Ability to penetrate accounts and meet with stakeholders within accounts.
