Job Summary

A company providing environmental, engineering, and sustainability services is seeking a Telecommute Architectural CAD Designer.

Must be able to:

  • Draft building systems, including structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing
  • Conduct existing condition surveys and prepare architectural base plans
  • Prepare construction documents, including demolition plans

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Bachelors, or Associates degree or technical/design certification required in lieu of a Bachelor of Science
  • 5+ years of progressive professional experience in architectural design
  • Technical expertise regarding code interpretation, training implementation, client interaction, and high-level design
