A building supplies company has an open position for a Telecommute Architectural Sales Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Creating sales growth and demand for company building products
- Prospecting for new customers and negotiate through a complex sales process
- Providing installation expertise and warranty information to contractors and framers
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 50% overnight travel visiting architects, engineers, contractors, and building officials
- High level knowledge of local building codes, practices and market intelligence
- Deep understanding on building science
- Excellent business relationships with AEC community
- Excellent written, oral and presentation skills
- Proven architectural sales history
