Job Summary
An insurance services company is in need of a Telecommute Area Premium Auditor Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Managing assigned territory/auditors to achieve regional performance metrics
- Achieving satisfactory customer service results for assigned customers
- Maintaining YTD and annual company performance metrics
Qualifications Include:
- Ability to participate in the regional customer contact program
- Associates degree or equivalent experience
- Knowledge in use of computers to document and record audit findings
- Familiarity with overall organization and importance of audit functions
- Ability to coach, train, mentor, and provide leadership to staff
