- Overseeing field sales participation at national, regional and local meetings
- Bachelor's degree with 5+ years pharmaceutical/biotech commercial experience
- 3+ years of experience in a front line Sales Leadership role
- Must have exceptional talent selection skills, oral and written communication skills
- Be well versed in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel etc.)
