Job Summary

A cloud-based technology company has an open position for a Telecommute Area Sales Vice President in New York City.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Meeting/exceeding annual quota of $1.5M in sales as measured by annual contract value
  • Establishing and maintaining VP-Level, EVP-Level and/or “C-level” contacts at assigned accounts
  • Developing and maintaining Territory, Account and Close Plans with broad objective of exceeding assigned sales quota

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Attend trade shows and other industry events as a representative of sales, as requested
  • High degree of autonomy and moderate supervision: territory management and qualification of customers
  • Management of relationships with key executives
  • Negotiation of agreements within defined parameters
