Job Summary

A healthcare company has an open position for a Telecommute AS 400 Production Support Analyst.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Providing technical leadership attending to production support requests
  • Researching and troubleshooting issues and collaborating with various teams to provide solutions
  • Taking preventative steps, documenting and coaching the team to provide sustained high-quality customer experience

Position Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • Will accept one year of experience for every year college not attained in addition to required years of experience
  • 3+ years of experience in supporting large-scale applications on As400/iSeries
  • Proficient in RPG/ILE, CL, Query & SQL, Synon/2E, debug and troubleshooting too
  • Experienced in performing granular code level root cause analysis
