Job Summary
A company that provides communication services is in need of a Telecommute ASL Fluent Regional Enterprise Account Manager in Houston.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Driving Enterprise customer base through recognition and realization of opportunity with existing Enterprise accounts
- Evaluating customer’s communications needs and proposing appropriate solutions to meet those needs
- Installing video products/accessories necessary to connect the Enterprise customer to the Company’s video relay service
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Ability to travel, including out of state travel
- American Sign Language (ASL) proficiency
- Knowledge of relay services, products, and relay systems and how they function
- Knowledge of deaf culture; familiarity with products and services that support the communications needs of deaf people
- Skilled in using specialized software related to departmental operations
