Job Summary
A health insurance company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Assess and Triage Behavioral Health Care Advocate.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Overseeing initial inpatient admission for psychiatric and chemical dependency patients
- Making patient assessments and determine appropriate levels of care
- Administering benefits, reviewing treatment plans, and coordinating transitions between various areas of care
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Master's in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or Marriage or Family Counseling; OR Ph.D.; OR Registered Nurse
- Current, unrestricted license to practice in the state of California
- 2+ years of experience in behavioral health
