Job Summary
A healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Assessment Specialist in the Coshocton Area.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Processing and providing recommendations for eligibility per program and company guidelines
- Conducting program assessments using program and company identified tools
- Working independently to manage a caseload of Ohio Home Care consumers
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 12 months experience in home and community based services within the past 5 years
- Active license as RN
- Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, home health care and Ohio Home Care waiver programs desirable
