Job Summary
A health management organization has a current position open for a Telecommute Assessor Reviewer in Gaithersburg.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Perform face-to-face assessments of persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities
- Document assessment results for the individual member status or negotiate service plans
- Complete quality assurance competency reviews and other tasks/projects as assigned
Position Requirements Include:
- Traveling to local communities
- Four-year degree in healthcare, human services, or social work required
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Registered Nurse (RN) required
- Minimum of three years of experience working with persons with disabilities
- Must successfully pass interRAI-HC certification for adults and children upon hire
