A higher level education institution is filling a position for a Telecommute Assistant Associate Professor in Williamsburg.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Teaching online doctoral and masters level courses
- Serving as Dissertation Chairs and committee members
- Serving as academic advisor to assigned students
Position Requirements Include:
- Earned doctorate in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Computer Science, or closely related field
- Proven excellence in teaching, preferably in both in-class and online modes of educational delivery within a student-centric and hands-on learning environment
- Ability to work comfortably with and manage virtual teams
- Must be able to relate to and communicate with diverse students, faculty, staff, and external communities
- US citizenship or permanent resident card holder status
