Job Summary

A social justice non-profit organization is seeking a Telecommute Assistant Early Childhood Capacity Building Hub Director.

Must be able to:

  • Support state and community leaders working to improve outcomes for infants and toddlers
  • Develop and execute the Capacity-Building Hub’s Prenatal-to-age-Three Equity Plan
  • Manage the staff, contractors, and consultants who serve as Hub Support Leads to the state and community Initiative grantees

Position Requirements Include:

  • Represent the externally
  • Graduate degree in Early Childhood, Human Development, health and/or educational disparities, or relevant discipline
  • Proven leadership skills in managing teams, with at least three years of experience in a leadership position within an organization
  • Strong supervisory skills especially in supervising remote staff
  • Proficiency in training, facilitation, and providing technical assistance for equity interventions
  • All other requirements necessary for this position
