Job Summary
A social justice non-profit organization is seeking a Telecommute Assistant Early Childhood Capacity Building Hub Director.
Must be able to:
- Support state and community leaders working to improve outcomes for infants and toddlers
- Develop and execute the Capacity-Building Hub’s Prenatal-to-age-Three Equity Plan
- Manage the staff, contractors, and consultants who serve as Hub Support Leads to the state and community Initiative grantees
Position Requirements Include:
- Represent the externally
- Graduate degree in Early Childhood, Human Development, health and/or educational disparities, or relevant discipline
- Proven leadership skills in managing teams, with at least three years of experience in a leadership position within an organization
- Strong supervisory skills especially in supervising remote staff
- Proficiency in training, facilitation, and providing technical assistance for equity interventions
- All other requirements necessary for this position
