Job Summary
A consumer home carbonation product manufacturing company is in need of a Telecommute Assistant Finance Controller.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Partner with AR supervisor to support team and streamline processes
- Manage the Accounts Receivable Team to monitor account collection and aging
- Manage receivables provision reconciliations on a weekly and monthly basis
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Minimum of six years related Accounting and Finance experience
- Prior experience managing a team
- Advanced excel user, proficiency in computerized accounting applications
- Accounts Receivable background required
- Proven systems thinking and problem-solving skills applied to technology training work
