Job Summary

A managed healthcare and insurance company is seeking a Telecommute Associate Actuarial Director.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Preparing documentation, justification, and responses for rate filings
  • Developing pricing and risk analytics for both U.S. and International claims costs
  • Ensuring profitable pricing

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Actuarial designation (ASA or FSA)
  • Experience with rate filings
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Finance, Actuarial Science or related field
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in actuarial pricing/risk and data analysis
  • Experience presenting and defending your recommendations
  • Advanced or higher level of proficiency in Excel
